No. Never. Chofroi is a vigilance aid, not a permission slip. No sensor replaces your presence: the temperature can turn fatal within minutes, in the sun or in the shade. Never leave a living being alone in a vehicle.

It doesn't matter. The sensor uses neither your Wi-Fi nor your router: it has its own NB-IoT cellular connection. Even with your router unplugged, it keeps watching and keeps alerting you.

NB-IoT reaches farther and gets through walls better than 4G: covered car parks, cellars, cold rooms. Where a phone struggles, the sensor often still gets through.

The sensor measures temperature, its battery level and its GPS position (useful if the hardware is stolen or lost). No microphone, no camera. This data and your contact details are used solely to run the service, hosted in the EU, never sold and deletable on request, in line with the GDPR.

These terms restate FURGO's terms of sale. Accepting a quote or confirming an order (online at shop.furgo.fr) implies full and unreserved acceptance. They form the sole basis of the commercial relationship and prevail over any conflicting document issued by the customer.

Delivery times are indicative only and do not bind FURGO; a delay gives no right to cancellation, discount or penalty. Products travel at the customer's own risk. Any reservation (damage, missing item, non-conformity) must be noted on the delivery slip, then confirmed within 3 working days by registered letter.

Products remain FURGO's property until paid in full, even after delivery.

Prices in euros. Online orders are payable in full at the time of ordering. Between businesses: prices excl. VAT, VAT on top, payment at 30 days end of month; any late payment incurs a penalty equal to 3 times the legal interest rate plus a €40 flat fee for recovery costs.

FURGO warrants that the Products conform to the order. Their operation is warranted only within the limits granted by its hardware supplier and by the connectivity, SMS and call providers (service availability). Excluded: normal wear, force majeure, misuse, lack of supervision or maintenance, tearing off, impact, fall, fire, disassembly, modification or repair by an unauthorised third party.

FURGO cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, goods or foodstuffs, customers, brand image, business interruption) linked to the use of the Product, nor for failures of a third party (network, SMS, calls) or force majeure. The Product is used under the customer's sole responsibility. Should FURGO be proven at fault, its liability is in any event capped at the amount of the order concerned.

The sensor includes a GPS tracker and transmits temperature, battery level and position. This data is used to run the service and to locate the hardware (anti-theft); it is processed in line with the GDPR, hosted in the European Union and never sold.

Force majeure suspends the parties' obligations and, beyond 30 days, allows the pending order to be cancelled. The terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable solution, the commercial court of Béziers has exclusive jurisdiction.
